Pixpay, founded in 2019 by Benoît Grassin, Nicolas Klein, and Caroline Ménager, is a French financial technology company aimed at empowering teenagers with financial literacy. The company offers a Mastercard payment card and a mobile application that allows young people (10-18 years old) to manage their money while giving parents real-time oversight, control, and the ability to set spending limits. Pixpay's mission is to help teens learn to budget and save responsibly. In July 2022, Pixpay was acquired by GoHenry, a UK-based leader in the same sector, to accelerate its European expansion. Pixpay operates as a registered agent of the electronic money institution Treezor.
