(PDS Group) is a private corporation that serves as the complete capital market infrastructure for the organized trading, clearing, and settlement of a wide range of financial instruments in the Philippines. Established to foster a more transparent, fair, and efficient domestic financial market, the PDS Group operates through its subsidiaries: the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (PDEx), the country's electronic trading platform for fixed-income securities and foreign exchange; the Philippine Depository & Trust Corp. (PDTC), which provides central securities depository, registry, and custody services; and the Philippine Securities Settlement Corp. (PSSC), the appointed payment system operator for the market.
