Founded on October 10, 1971, in Dumaguete City, Philippines, Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI) began with 25 founding members and a small initial capital. Its primary mission is to promote thrift, savings, and responsible credit use to improve the socio-economic well-being of its members. Over five decades, PHCCI has grown into one of the largest and most stable cooperatives in the country, expanding its services to include various types of loans, savings products, mortuary aid, and other member benefits, while operating a network of branches across the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
