Established in 1982, Pennine Community Credit Union (PCCU) is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution. Its mission is to promote thrift by providing a safe and convenient place for members to save and to offer access to affordable loans and other financial services. As a cooperative, it is run by and for its members, with any surplus being returned to the members through dividends or used to improve services, rather than being paid out to external shareholders.
