The company specialized in providing investment consulting, fiduciary management, and specialized services to a diverse range of institutional clients, including pension plans, endowments, foundations, and other non-profit organizations. In November 2018, the company was acquired by Mercer, a global consulting leader in health, wealth, and career. Pavilion's operations and its more than 300 employees were subsequently integrated into Mercer's wealth business, expanding Mercer's capabilities in investment consulting and alternatives advisory.
