OpenFinance Network was a pioneering U.S.-based financial technology company that operated one of the first FINRA and SEC-regulated Alternative Trading Systems (ATS) for digital securities, also known as security tokens. The platform aimed to provide a compliant and liquid secondary market for private digital assets, enabling investors to trade these instruments. In 2020, OpenFinance Network was acquired by INX Limited, a digital asset and cryptocurrency trading company, and its technology and licenses were integrated into the INX platform.
