Established in 2014, Ondernemersfonds Delft (Delft Entrepreneurs' Fund) is a foundation funded by a surcharge on the property tax (OZB) for non-residential properties within the municipality of Delft. The fund's mission is to stimulate the local economy by making these collective funds available to entrepreneurs for projects that have a shared economic or public benefit. Entrepreneurs or business associations can submit plans for funding, which are then assessed based on their contribution to a more attractive and economically stronger Delft.
