Founded in 2015, Octagon Strategy was a key player in the over-the-counter (OTC) digital asset trading space. The company has since been fully integrated into OSL, which is the digital asset business of the Hong Kong-listed BC Technology Group (stock code: 863 HK). OSL became the first and, to date, only SFC-licensed, insured, and publicly listed digital asset platform. It provides institutional-grade services including prime brokerage, custody, an exchange, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for professional and institutional clients.
