Originally formed in 2010 as a 50:50 joint venture between Tata Global Beverages (now Tata Consumer Products) and PepsiCo India, NourishCo Beverages Limited aimed to develop and market non-carbonated, ready-to-drink beverages. In May 2020, Tata Consumer Products acquired PepsiCo's remaining stake, making Nourishco a fully integrated part of its beverage portfolio.
