Founded in 1981, Northwest Business Development Association (NBDA) is a non-profit Certified Development Company (CDC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Its mission is to support economic development by helping small businesses secure long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as commercial real estate and heavy equipment. As a leading provider of the SBA 504 Loan Program, NBDA partners with local lenders to provide capital that facilitates business growth and job creation in its service areas.
