The North Dakota/Minnesota EB-5 Regional Center was a privately-owned entity designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to pool capital from foreign investors under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Its mission was to promote economic growth and job creation by financing development projects primarily within the state of North Dakota and select counties in Minnesota. The center focused on sectors such as hospitality and oil/gas services before its official USCIS designation was terminated in December 2018.
