NexFinancial Analytikos Ltd., now officially registered as NAXEX INVESTISMENT LTD, was an investment firm based in Cyprus. It obtained a license (254/14) from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) in 2014 to operate the online trading brand "Naxex," which offers Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on a variety of assets including Forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks, and commodities. However, the company's CySEC authorization was officially renounced on February 18, 2020. Despite the loss of its license, the Naxex brand continues to operate through its website, which makes false claims of being regulated by CySEC. The company has since been flagged by multiple European financial regulators for operating illegally.
