(NDPC) is a public limited company formed as a joint venture between Nepal Rastra Bank (The Central Bank of Nepal) and Nepal Telecom (The largest telecommunications provider in Nepal). The company's primary mission is to establish and operate the National Payment Switch (NPS) and a National Payment Card scheme, aiming to create a robust, interoperable, and secure digital payments infrastructure in Nepal. It also operates the digital wallet service "Namaste Pay," which integrates into this national ecosystem to facilitate various retail and P2P transactions.
