NECO Community Futures Development Corporation is a community-based, not-for-profit organization funded by the Government of Canada through FedNor. Governed by a board of local volunteers, its primary mission is to stimulate economic growth and help create and maintain jobs within its service area. NECO achieves this by offering a range of services tailored to entrepreneurs and small businesses, including access to capital through business loans, free business counseling and planning assistance, and support for community-based economic development projects.
