The company offered a digital banking platform featuring a free business checking account with no monthly fees or minimum balance requirements, a debit card with universal cashback rewards, and tools to help entrepreneurs manage their finances. In January 2023, Nearside was acquired by Plastiq, a B2B payment platform. Following the acquisition, Nearside's banking services and accounts were discontinued as of March 31, 2023.
