Myanmar Credit Bureau Limited (MMCB) was licensed by the Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) on May 17, 2018, to operate as the nation's sole credit bureau. It was established as a joint venture between members of the Myanmar Banks Association (MBA) and NSP Holdings Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Credit Bureau Asia Limited. The company's mission is to support responsible lending and borrowing by providing a centralized platform for financial institutions to share and access reliable credit information, thereby promoting financial stability and inclusion in Myanmar.
