The company presented itself as a proprietary trading firm that provided traders with access to "funded" trading accounts after they passed a paid evaluation phase. The business model was based on charging fees for these evaluations and then sharing a portion of the "profits" with successful traders. However, in August 2023, US and Canadian regulators filed fraud charges against the entities and their CEO, alleging the operation was a fraudulent scheme designed to profit from trader fees and losses, rather than legitimate trading. Consequently, the company's assets were frozen and its operations were shut down.
