The Municipalité régionale de comté (MRC) de Marguerite-D'Youville is a supra-municipal organization in the Montérégie region of Quebec. Established in 1982, it brings together six local municipalities: Calixa-Lavallée, Contrecœur, Saint-Amable, Sainte-Julie, Varennes, and Verchères. The MRC's mission is to facilitate regional consultation and planning in areas such as land use, economic development, social and cultural services, and environmental management, ensuring a cohesive and sustainable future for the territory and its residents.
