Information by Research Trustfinance
Founded in 1990, Moscow Industrial Bank (MInBank) was one of Russia's major privately-owned universal banks, offering a full spectrum of banking services to corporate and retail clients across the country. In January 2019, due to financial instability, the Central Bank of Russia initiated a financial rehabilitation procedure for MInBank. Subsequently, the bank was nationalized and in 2023, it was fully acquired by and merged into the state-owned Promsvyazbank (PSB). Following the completion of the merger, MInBank ceased to exist as an independent entity, and its banking license was officially annulled on May 1, 2023.
