The firm specialized in providing a range of financial services, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, private placements of debt and equity, and financial restructuring advice for public and private middle-market companies. In January 2011, the company announced its merger with Tri-Artisan Partners LLC, and the combined entity began operating as Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC, continuing its focus on investment banking for the middle market.
