Mizuho Capital Markets Corp. (MCMC) was a U.S.-based entity focused on derivatives and capital markets solutions. As a part of the global Mizuho Financial Group, it provided financial products to a wide range of corporate and institutional clients. In a strategic consolidation of its U.S. operations, Mizuho Capital Markets Corp. was officially merged with Mizuho Securities USA Inc. (now Mizuho Securities USA LLC) on April 1, 2012. The successor entity, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, now carries on and has expanded these operations, serving as the U.S. investment banking and securities arm of the Mizuho Financial Group, offering services in corporate and investment banking, securities, and asset management.
