Founded in 1994 as part of the University of Warwick Science Park, Minerva is one of the UK's longest-running business angel networks. Its primary mission is to facilitate investment by bringing together a select group of private investors (angels) with emerging and growing businesses that are seeking equity investment, typically ranging from £25,000 to £2 million. The network supports entrepreneurs through the funding process and provides a platform for investors to discover and fund promising startups, primarily in the technology and life sciences sectors.
