Originally chartered in 1963 to serve the employees of Missouri Baptist Hospital, MERHO Federal Credit Union has since expanded its field of membership to include employees, contractors, and self-employed individuals working in the healthcare industry throughout St. Louis County and St. Louis City. As a not-for-profit institution, its mission is to provide its members with a range of affordable financial services, including savings and checking accounts, various types of loans (auto, personal, mortgage), and online banking, with a focus on serving the specific needs of the local medical community.
