MANTRA is a Layer 1 Blockchain platform designed for Real World Assets (RWAs), built with the Cosmos SDK. The project, governed by the MANTRA Foundation, aims to provide a secure and compliant infrastructure for developers and institutions to build, trade, and manage tokenized RWAs. The ecosystem includes the MANTRA Chain for permissionless asset creation, a suite of tools for developing RWA-focused protocols, and built-in modules for compliance and identity verification. Its mission is to bridge traditional finance with Web3 by bringing global assets on-chain, thereby increasing the accessibility and liquidity of real-world investments through blockchain technology. The project was formerly known as MANTRA DAO.
