Founded in 2009 as LJ Partnership, the firm was initially established as a private multi-family office for a small group of entrepreneurs. It grew into a leading international advisory and private office, offering a comprehensive suite of services including wealth management, strategic financial planning, direct investments, merchant banking, and fiduciary administration. In 2018, the firm rebranded to Alvarium to reflect its global growth. Alvarium later merged with Tiedemann Advisors to become AlTi Tiedemann Global in 2023. The Australian entity, LJ Partners Pty Ltd (ACN 162 278 193), holds an Australian Financial Services Licence and continues to operate as part of the global group.
