Established in 1968 through collective bargaining agreements, the LIUNA National (Industrial) Pension Fund is a Taft-Hartley multi-employer defined benefit pension plan. Its primary mission is to provide retirement, disability, and death benefits to eligible members and their families. The Fund is financed by employer contributions as stipulated in their agreements with the LIUNA union, and its assets are managed by a joint Board of Trustees, with equal representation from the union and contributing employers.
