Founded in 2000, Lighthouse Group plc was a prominent financial services company in the United Kingdom, offering comprehensive financial advice to both individuals and businesses. The group operated through a network of hundreds of financial advisers, providing services related to investments, pensions, mortgages, and protection products. In June 2019, Lighthouse Group was acquired by Quilter Financial Planning (at the time part of Intrinsic), a major wealth management business. Following the acquisition, the Lighthouse brand and its operations were integrated into the Quilter network, and the original corporate entity was subsequently dissolved.
