Originally chartered in 1957 as Nashville Telco Credit Union to serve employees of Southern Bell, the institution changed its name to Life Credit Union in 2005 to reflect its expanded field of membership. As a member-owned financial cooperative, its mission is to provide affordable financial services to improve the economic well-being of its members. The credit union offers a variety of personal banking products, including savings and checking accounts, auto loans, mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards.
