Lendo Oy is the Finnish subsidiary of the Lendo Group, which is part of the Norwegian media conglomerate Schibsted. Launched in Finland in 2014, Lendo operates as a credit broker, not a direct lender. Its mission is to increase transparency in the loan market and empower consumers to find the most favorable loan terms available to them. The platform works by taking a single loan application from a user and securely forwarding it to its network of partner banks and financial institutions, who then return their offers for the user to compare and choose from.
