LedgerSMB is a free, open-source accounting and ERP application that originated as a fork of the SQL-Ledger project in 2006. Its mission is to provide high-quality business software, enabling small and mid-size businesses to manage invoicing, order processing, inventory, and financials without vendor lock-in. The project is community-driven and operates as an associated project of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. (SPI), a non-profit organization.
