Founded in 2017, LedgerPrime operated as a multi-strategy quantitative and systematic investment firm focused on the digital asset market. The firm engaged in various strategies, including arbitrage, options trading, and market making within the cryptocurrency ecosystem. In September 2022, LedgerPrime was acquired by FTX US. Following the subsequent collapse and bankruptcy of FTX in November 2022, LedgerPrime was wound down and ceased all operations.
