Founded in 2013 by a team of alumni from IIT Bombay, Lead Angels is one of India's first privately owned angel networks. It operates as a full-stack financial services company for startups, providing a platform for promising early-stage companies to raise capital from a network of accredited angel investors and institutional funds. Beyond funding, Lead Angels also offers support services like compliance, financial, and strategic advisory to its portfolio companies. The organization operates both an angel network and a SEBI-registered Category-I AIF-VC fund (Lead Angels Fund).
