Chartered in 1961, La Capitol Federal Credit Union was established to serve the employees of the Louisiana Department of Highways. It has since grown into a statewide financial cooperative dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of financial services, including savings and checking accounts, loans, and investment products. As a member-owned, not-for-profit institution, its mission is to offer these services at the best possible terms while maintaining long-term financial stability for its members.
