Originally chartered in 1933 to serve the employees of the Kroger Company, KEMBA Indianapolis Credit Union has since grown into a community-chartered financial institution. As a not-for-profit cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members, with earnings returned to them in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and fewer fees. The credit union's mission is to be the preferred financial partner for its members by offering a comprehensive suite of products including checking and savings accounts, personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, and credit cards.
