KASIKORN LINE Company Limited is a strategic joint venture between Thailand's KASIKORNBANK (via its subsidiary KASIKORN Vision Company Limited) and Japan's LINE Corporation (via its subsidiary LINE Financial Asia). Established with the mission to create a new "Social Banking" experience, the company launched its flagship service, LINE BK, in October 2020. LINE BK integrates directly into the LINE messaging app, offering seamless and accessible financial services, including savings accounts, special rate deposits, personal loans (Credit Line), and debit cards to over 50 million LINE users in Thailand, aiming to increase financial inclusion for the underbanked population.
