JRG Financial Services Pvt Ltd, widely known as JRG Securities, was an Indian financial services company established in 1994. It provided comprehensive brokerage services for equities, derivatives, currencies, and commodities, along with depository services and IPO distribution. In 2009, the company was acquired by Geojit BNP Paribas (which is now Geojit Financial Services Ltd.), and its operations, clients, and assets were subsequently merged into the Geojit brand. While a legacy website exists, the JRG brand is no longer used for active business, with all services now provided under the Geojit umbrella.
