Founded in 1999, James Brewster Financial Services Limited was an independent financial advisory firm based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The company specialised in providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to private clients. In 2019, the firm was acquired by '1825', the financial planning division of Standard Life Aberdeen (now abrdn), and its business and clients were integrated into the larger group. The original legal entity was officially dissolved in March 2022.
