Founded in 1978, Investacorp, Inc. operated as a full-service independent broker-dealer and Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). The firm's primary business was supporting a network of independent financial advisors by providing them with the necessary tools, compliance, technology, and access to a wide range of investment products to serve their clients. In 2007, Investacorp was acquired by Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. In 2020, as part of a corporate consolidation, Investacorp was merged into Securities America, another Ladenburg subsidiary. The combined entity now operates under the brand name Osaic, which was launched in 2023.
