International Blockchain Reserve (IBR) was a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that developed and promoted the IBR cryptocurrency. The project's mission was to create a new type of crypto asset class designed to offer stability during bear markets while providing upside potential during bull markets, positioning IBR as a decentralized reserve currency. However, the project is now inactive, its official website is defunct, and it received a public warning from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in 2019.
