As a non-profit association, its mission is to detect, finance, and support new entrepreneurs in the Gironde department. They provide "prêts d'honneur" (honor loans) at a zero-interest rate without requiring personal guarantees, which helps strengthen the entrepreneur's equity and facilitates access to traditional bank loans.
