In February 2020, IdentityMind was acquired by Acuant, a leading identity verification company, to enhance its comprehensive identity platform. Acuant was later acquired by the global identity data intelligence specialist GBG plc in late 2021, and the combined technologies now form a core part of GBG's offering.
