The International Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA) is a Luxembourg-based public-private partnership established in 2018. Its mission is to foster the growth of first- or second-time fund managers who are creating investment vehicles to combat climate change. The program provides selected managers with comprehensive support, including a two-year coaching program, financial backing of up to EUR 80,000, and access to a broad network of experts and potential investors. By helping these managers structure their funds and raise capital, ICFA aims to accelerate the deployment of private sector finance towards impactful and sustainable climate investments.
