Founded in 1997, ICA Agency Alliance, Inc. is a network or "alliance" of independent insurance agencies primarily operating in the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Colorado Association of Independent Agents (Big I Colorado), its mission is to help member agencies start, grow, and thrive. ICA achieves this by providing its members with direct access to a wide range of competitive, top-rated insurance carriers, enhanced compensation and profit-sharing opportunities, and a suite of tools and resources, enabling them to compete more effectively with larger regional and national brokers.
