Founded in the US in 2003, HomeServe USA provides homeowners with protection plans to cover the cost and inconvenience of unexpected home repairs for water, sewer, electrical, HVAC, and other home systems. The company partners with municipalities and utilities to offer these plans to their customers and manages a network of licensed and insured local contractors to perform the repair work. Originally a subsidiary of the UK-based HomeServe plc, HomeServe USA was part of an acquisition by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, which was completed in early 2023.
