Originally established in 1988 as Homeloan Management Limited (HML), the company grew to become one of the UK's foremost third-party administrators, specializing in managing mortgage and loan portfolios on behalf of banks, building societies, and other lenders. In 2014, HML was acquired by the global financial administration company Computershare. It has since been fully integrated and rebranded into Computershare Loan Services, combining its expertise with Computershare's global scale to provide a comprehensive suite of services, including primary servicing, special servicing, and analytics for lenders across the UK and Ireland.
