Hi-Mtf Sim S.p.A. is an Italian Securities Intermediation Company (Società di Intermediazione Mobiliare - SIM) that manages a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) authorized by the Italian financial regulator, CONSOB. Launched in 2007, the company's platform is dedicated to the electronic trading of a wide range of fixed-income instruments, primarily corporate, financial, and government bonds that are not traded on other regulated markets.
