The firm focused exclusively on the energy sector, providing a range of services including M&A advisory, capital markets advisory, asset acquisitions & divestitures (A&D), and in-depth equity research for institutional clients. In October 2019, the company was acquired by Piper Jaffray (now Piper Sandler Companies) and its team was integrated into Piper Sandler's energy & power investment banking and equities units to expand their energy practice.
