Chartered in 1956, Heart O' Texas Federal Credit Union was originally established to serve the employees of the Veterans Administration Center in Waco, Texas. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. The credit union's mission is to provide a variety of high-quality, competitive financial services to meet the needs of its members and promote their financial well-being, offering benefits and advantages over traditional for-profit banking institutions.
