Originally chartered in December 1936 to serve employees of the Hawaiian Telephone Company, Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union (Hi-Fi-C-U) has since grown into one of Hawaii's largest credit unions. As a not-for-profit cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. Its mission is to be a trusted and lifelong financial partner by providing a full range of financial services, including savings and checking accounts, consumer and real estate loans, and investment services, to its members who primarily live, work, worship, or attend school on the island of Oahu.
