Hawaiian Community Assets (HCA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-certified housing counseling agency, and a Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Founded in 2000, HCA's mission is to empower low- and moderate-income families to achieve financial stability and build assets by providing financial literacy training, one-on-one counseling for homeownership and foreclosure prevention, and access to financial products. They focus on serving communities throughout the state of Hawaii.
